Fragments of Me: What I Build, Use and Believe In

Personal

I write, build and photograph to understand what I can’t explain any other way.

When I started this website, I just wanted a small corner of the internet that felt like me, no corporate phrases, no personal-branding gloss. Just a mix of professional and personal sides in one place. We’ll see, maybe over time it will become a mirror: part digital playground, part notebook for what I’m learning, unlearning, and still trying to figure out.

Philosophy & Psychology

I’ve always resonated with Stoic philosophy, not the cold, emotionless kind, but the practical sort that teaches you to stay centered when the world spins too fast, especially with the AI wave.
And I wish “bro hustle culture” didn’t distort its meaning all over. Don’t confuse it with “Broicism”.

Also, I’ve been drawn to Jung’s concept of the shadow self, the ways we evolve not by escaping ourselves, but by meeting what we’ve been avoiding.

Habits

I’ve been doing intermittent and alternate-day fasting for a while now. It’s not about chasing discipline; it’s about testing the comfort zone and being beyond it as mush as possible. There’s clarity that comes when you realize you don’t need to give in to every small impulse (hello, my ADHD brain). It’s uneasy, but like most uneasy things, it’s rewarding once you see what’s left when the noise fades.
Oh, the health benefits and clarity when ketosis kicks! 🧘🏻‍♂️

Music

Music is a big part of my life. I just need it, it relaxes me, stimulates and heals me at the same time. Somewhere between Chillout, Deep House, Vocal Trance, Ambient and Emotional, Piano and Hans Zimmer’s epic soundtracks, something that balances classical tones, rhythm and thought.

If you ever need a moment of motion, here’s a playlist I keep returning to:

YouTube playlist.

Photos

📸 Nikon -yes, an actual DSLR. I still enjoy the manual process: adjust the aperture, shutter speed and ISO. Unfortunately I don’t carry it often with me, so my latest shots are mainly on mobile device, I still take advantage of the pro mode, adjusting setting manually but nothing really replaces the full frame sensor and detachable lens.

Some of my older work still lives quietly on forgotten Flickr

Maybe one day I’ll add a photography section here, not as a portfolio, just as a record of how I see things.

Building this space, my previous site and projects.

Back in the days, although not a really long time ago, when every site/app/product was created manually, typing every single character, I wrote on Medium about how previous site came to life: from sketches to code to the first time it felt like a real website. You can read it here.
I wish I could keep it running just as an artifact, but the platforms refuse to keep the old Node.js running, maybe I’ll upgrade it keeping everything the same, maybe..

The new (this) one runs on Next.js with all the fancy bells, probably an overkill for personal space.
Blog runs through Notion API.

I’m building a couple personal projects on my spare time:

  • Momentum tracker and
  • ADHD companion app

This stuff is not easy. But then again, the good things rarely are.

Closing Thought

I’m still figuring things out: how to stay consistent when my energy fluctuates, how to balance the rational and the emotional, how to make peace with imperfect progress.

This is my attempt to keep showing up, one small entry at a time.
